-          - 2-ounce fresh lime juice

-          - 3/4 teaspoon homemade simple syrup. (we used 50/50 jalapeño infused honey & hot water)

-          - dash of Fee’s bitters 

-          - ice cubes

-          - 2-ounce mezcal (we love: Del Maguey ”Chichicapa” Single Village Mezcal)

 Shake over ice, strain and serve with lime.
